The Leelanau School was recently featured in The Knot Magazine’s Special Northern Michigan Guide. For over 90 years, Leelanau has educated, mentored, and developed talented young people on our 42-acre wooded campus during the typical school year months. And in the summer, we open our campus and host a variety of weddings, special events, groups, and more. See The Options

Proceeds Toward Scholarships and School Program

We were so excited to be featured as a special wedding venue in northern Michigan. As a non-profit educational institution, proceeds from our weddings and other events go directly toward our school program. Summer guests can enjoy a truly unique and, most definitely, ‘Up North’ wedding or event and at the same time support scholarships and educational programming for Leelanau’s independent experiential high school students!

With all of the disarray of the last few months, there was a delay in our receiving this, but we finally got a copy of The Knot Magazine’s Special Northern Michigan Guide where The Leelanau School was featured!
