There Are So Many Ways To Give

Your tax deductible gift to The Leelanau School helps us build on the foundation laid over 90 years ago by Williams “Skipper” Beals – to provide students with a college prep education with emphasis on character development, social responsibility and environmental awareness.  That vision and his spirit remains a cornerstone of everything we do today on our 42-acre campus.

Immediate Gifts

You may opt to provide an immediate gift of cash or check. Donors may even pledge to a gift payable over a specified time frame. Many alumni classes join together during major reunion years to make a “class gift” and support a special fundraising project.

Gifts of Stocks and IRAs

The sale of publicly traded stock or a gift from your required IRA distribution (also called qualified charitable distribution, or QCD for short) is another way to provide an immediate gift to support the priority needs of the School. Similar to other immediate gift options, these gifts can be made in honor or in memory of a special person. Learn More About Gifts of Stocks and IRAs

Matching Gifts

Your employer may be set up to double (or more) your gift! Companies of all shapes and sizes chose to match donations when their employees make charitable contributions. Let’s find out if your employer will match your gift!  Learn More About Matching Gifts
