The following application process allows you the opportunity to share your story with us. To complete the process, submit:

Application Form and provide supporting documents as applicable (transcripts, psychological evaluations, 504 or IEP documents, etc)

Step 3: Meet your Admission Committee & Head of School

Once all application materials are received, we look forward to inviting you to campus for a Shadow Day experience, and then meeting with you to ask and answer questions, discuss concerns, and continue to learn your story.

TIMELINES –

Rolling Admission

We welcome applications year-round and work individually with families to construct a submission timeline that works best for them. However, we encourage families to inquire and promptly submit all application materials to ensure consideration for admission to the desired entry term. Although we have a rolling admission policy, enrollment may be limited by availability in specific grades or residential options. Call the Office of Admission for guidance: 231-334-5834

Example: current 8th grade students should submit an application as soon as possible for grade 9 entry in September 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year.

Decision Timeline

The admission committee is committed to reviewing materials with integrity paired with efficiency. We will work diligently to confirm receipt of completed application materials, review, set up the final interview and release admission decisions.
