Residential Life

Within our Residential Life program, Leelanau students will find a comforting, caring and structured environment in which they will easily make a home. Our house parents communicate with each other and the teaching faculty regularly to provide the best, most informed attention for our students. Supporting each child as an individual, rather than just a student, is the main priority of all our programs here at Leelanau.

Our houses have features such as: newly renovated bathrooms, cable television (for use at appropriate times), full laundry facilities, double rooms, multiple living areas, a game room, as well as several house parents per each house.

House parents guide study hours in the house each night, as well as provide leadership, understanding and guidance for students as they navigate adolescence, academic studies, boarding life and social dynamics.
